Spinning Top
In creating a track that sounds like a never-ending loop, I was reminded of a spinning top. Responsible for this challenge are three major seventh chords over 3/4 time. Three over three. There is no harmonic resolution.
You do have several “Common Tones” that allow you to weave lines throughout. You just need to be aware of the constantly changing (revolving?) chords. Notice the simplicity of the “Idea Starter” on this one. It proves that you don’t need to play fast or complicated in order to play well over this track.
Major pentatonics are used for the “Associated Scales” but major scales work as well.

I’ve navigated to and from this groove several times now, and the backing track sounds like a 2 chord, 4/4 vamp, not a three chord loop in 3/4 time.
