You are faced with so many choices when you improvise. Here’s one way to make your improvising simpler and better sounding.

Anchor notes are single notes that will sound good over different chords. You can start phrases with them, repeat them, and come back to them throughout your solo. In this lesson, I’ll show you how to find them and then demonstrate how they work.
