This is fast. The good news is that is only Bb7. 

There is plenty of cool movement from the guitar. As you would in a live performance, play around the rhythms the guitar is providing. That doesn’t mean imitating it, but rather playing around it and complementing it.

The “idea starter” provides an example of using longer held notes and syncopation to play interesting melodic lines. So don’t start by playing flurries of eighth notes, but instead, take your time to play interesting rhythms to tell a story.
