Eleuthera

How about a slow easy going simple two-chord pattern?

Eleuthera is one of the lessor-known islands in the Bahamas. I fondly remember sitting on the dock of my summer vacation house rental, watching the clouds float by. That’s the spirit of this track and the light synth lines weaving their way through.

The two chords share the same major scale in A. Like all similar two-bar patterns, each note carries a different color depending on the chord it is played against. Resist running scales and instead, use your ear to chose chord tones that craft a nice melodic phrase and story.
